My stay at the mount hotel has always been excellent, the staff are great , accommodating very polite always go above and beyond, I love it when they greet you by your Christian name a sense of a homely feeling and friendship, the food is gorgeous and always accommodates my tastes, likes and preferences, my rooms I have stayed in over the last few months have been excellent smells fresh and very clean . I love to stay here, would recommend to anyone, thank you to all staff for making my stay always enjoyable.

Grand architecture, beautiful gardens, great team of staff consistently committed to making a guest comfortable and very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay…well maintained, spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, lovely areas to dine and enjoy drinks…great atmosphere…special thanks to Damien for looking after us!

Stayed on 21st May after a Wolves match. It is only a short journey from the ground but in leafy Tettenhall. We asked for a quiet room and we’re given a room in the courtyard which was roomy, modern, clean and quiet as requested. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel has an interesting history and has well-kept gardens. We normally stay in an upmarket hotel in Worcestershire which was not available on 21st but we will certainly be returning to the Mount Hotel again in the Autumn.

Once again thanks to you and all your team for assisting us with our meeting it was a perfect venue everyone was so helpful, and the food was excellent. I will be back in touch with dates for a future network event. 

I would just like to thank everyone who was involved in organising and on the day for our conference meeting. The staff were fantastic, the food was absolutely brilliant-thanks to the chefs. You do worry with a conference meal that the food will be average but that was far from the case. Everyone was welcoming and everything was organised so well.

I just wanted to drop you a note to say a huge thank you for all your help and support for our conference. We have had loads of fabulous feedback from our day and everyone loved the hotel and food too.

The team at the Mount really went that extra mile for us especially Siri and Jason who were just outstanding.  Nothing was too much trouble.  You also made my birthday very special with the glass of wine and my birthday plate. That was so very kind of you to organise.

Thank you for all your help and support and we will definitely be coming back to the Mount again!

I would very much like to thank you for the very professional, friendly and courteous service we received at our recent Festive Christmas Lunch – a special mention for the gentleman who was in charge he was so polite and nothing was too much trouble for him.  As always the food was superb – hot and delicious and all special dietary requests were met.  The Manders Suite was very tastefully decorated.

Rich and I would like to send our grateful thanks to the team at The Mount for making our 60th Wedding Anniversary party so successful. Everything was perfect, the room, the layout and the service. We were not the only ones impressed, our guests expressed their appreciation and said how wonderful everything was. The staff were friendly and most obliging, they catered to our every request.

Rich and I would like to thank you personally, Gemma for your involvement in arranging the whole event, it was a pleasure to work with you.  As you know, the Mount Hotel holds a special place in our hearts and you can rest assured that we shall be back for our next celebration.

I wanted to say a big Thank You to you and the whole The Mount team for the preparation and execution of my Mom’s 90th Birthday Lunch.

The day went exactly as hoped, the room looked great, the food was great and the service was perfect.  This was commented on by many of the guests. I want to say a particular Thank You to Siri.  He was amazing all day; helpful, positive, and always around when needed.  The guy is a credit to the hotel.

Thank you for looking after us and making all of this happen. Everything was absolutely fantastic, everyone said how lovely a venue it was and how fantastic the food was, I did get everyone in my speech to give your wonderful team a round of applause. It was an absolute pleasure to have you organise the event and the day. It went super, just traffic adjusted some of the timings but it was a smooth transition. Hope you are all well and thank you to you and the whole team for such a wonderful day.

The day was perfect, it was the most calm I felt the whole 18 months, especially the last few weeks leading up to the day. 

I can't thank you all enough for being so patient with me, and just being so amazing throughout. I wish I could do it all again and it’s so true what brides say that they just want to relive the day again. 

Everyone who came said it was the nicest wedding they had been too, due to the venue and decor etc. and those that had not been to the Mount before, said the same. We couldn't speak highly enough of every single staff member, everyone was amazing... literally everything went like a dream and more! 

Thank you for everything, all of you at the mount really helped bring the day together and thanks to you all we had a perfect day. It was exactly what we'd pictured in the build-up.

Everything was spot on, you were amazing throughout the planning process, Sophie was so so helpful during the handover and on the day itself, Siri was brilliant, he was so keen to help in every way he could and Jason worked so hard to keep everything running smoothly, you all did and we can't thank you enough! I'm sure there's people we've forgotten to name and others such as the chefs, waiters, waitresses and bar staff who's names we didn't get that worked amazingly hard to keep everything going so smoothly for us. The food was amazing as we knew it would be, if you needed any reinforcement as to how good it was, my mom hates fish, flat out refused to eat scallops in the lead up to it, yet she still cleaned her plate!

Hopefully we'll see you soon, we're planning to stay for our anniversary next year! Thank you so much for everyone’s hard work, it was a beautiful and perfect day
