Our team of chefs are one of the key ingredients at the Mount. Consistently cooking up culinary delights normally associated with the kitchens of only the finest restaurants. Using fresh, local ingredients they create a variety of appetising vegetarian, signature dishes and comfort food.
We cater with pleasure for the variable needs of short or long-stay delegates. Hence our flexible approach to ´delivery´, with a self-help operation at breakfast and lunch for speed of service and at dinner, a full and friendly table service for a leisurely after work wind down.

With the ability to provide private dining & banqueting facilities from 2 – 200, The Mount is renowned for its wonderful food, beautiful setting and the service to match. We have four private dining rooms aptly named The Classic Rooms which offer exclusive menus, exclusive wines and exclusive service.
